Having implemented a successful campaign to raise the money to support a young college student named Leng Sopharath in Cambodia that raised $872 using the ChipIn widget, I set up a charity badge over at Network for Good to support the Sharing Foundation's educational programs which provide educational opportunities for over 1,300 children.

I asked the students what else does that? was to raise money for the Sharing Foundation to send 53 Cambodian Youngsters to school by covering the cost of their uniforms ($10 per child or $530). That means 454 youngsters will be able to attend school in Cambodia and hopefully, fine, a route out of poverty. My 53rd birthday wish.

My fourth personal fundraising campaign was to support Leng Sopharath , an orphan from Cambodia, for her junior year at college. The money goes to the Sharing Foundation. My family has sponsored her college costs for her freshman and sophomore years. Last year, I raised the money on my blog. which manages the program.
