The board member can also share their list of potential supporters and let someone else in the organization invite these individuals to a cultivation event or information session. Be sure that the event highlights your organization’s mission and accomplishments. This is fun and easy and could become an ongoing activity.

This can come in many forms like combining forces to host a pledge drive or a fundraising event. Holding each other accountable is as simple as reaching out to the contact at your partnering organization and reminding them of the terms of your partnership agreement.

It’s your job to remind folks who’ve not yet renewed or fulfilled on their pledges that it’s time to do so. You can also create lists of SYBNTs (gave some year but not this), pledge reminders, and downgrades. Sort them according to dollar range so you can prioritize contacts with the largest donations. Don’t let them!
