Bonded groups are useful if you want to understand people's existing attitudes and impressions. Not surprisingly, a different focus group of social service providers and homeless adults had a very different set of concerns about downtown. Create a structure that values peoples' participation. But those concerns are real.

Participation in science research is a good basis on which to develop a framework for participatory models because it is based on a consistent scientific process with many steps.

I got my copy of the fall issue of Museums and Social Issues this week. Both of these programs provide standard public lecture fare with a twist: shorter presentations, more active crowd participation, and a general attitude of a social night out rather than a learning opportunity. Oh, and one other thing.
