In our case, we sold the Arkenstone reading machine enterprise to a for-profit and used money from the sale (and funding from the Skoll Foundation, the Omidyar Network, and the Jenesis Foundation) to create and launch Bookshare. It makes a copyright exception like the U.S. And so we campaigned for the Marrakesh Treaty.
