I discovered that I had problem figuring out how many total feed subscribers and the trends over time because I had four feeds (three built into the typepad blogging platform) and another one in feedburner which offers the stats tracking feature. Use Technorati , a blog search engine. While google and yahoo have blog search features, Technorati is the considered the recognized authority on tracking blogs, It finds out who is saying what right now and is currently tracking over 75.2 Technorati tracks these links, and thus the relative relevance of blogs, photos, videos etc.

Technorati ???Authority??? My blogging platform, Typepad , does not have a way to easily and automatically measure the number of posts and words in post in a given time period. Maybe one of my readers will point me to some third-party typepad plugin that does this? I had to compute mine manually by counting them in typepad.

Technorati ???Authority??? My blogging platform, Typepad, does not have a way to easily and automatically measure the number of posts and words in post in a given time period. I think the more important metric here is RSS subscriber trends or what Kaushik called "off-site audience." Technorati ???Authority???
