The Tech Virtual Museum Workshop launches today!

Museum 2.0

The online platform has two parts: a website , where all projects originate, and a Second Life presence ("The Tech" in Second Life), where participants can communicate in real-time, share ideas, and build virtual prototypes. I know that Second Life can be a clunky, frustrating experience.

How I Got Here

Museum 2.0

I had a healthy second life as a slam poet, and I loved the world of artists and performance. I designed electricity workshops for families. But internship after internship didn't live up to those expectations. I wrote puppet shows about science and ran a "stump the mathematician" booth. I got hooked all over again.
