Use Technorati , a blog search engine. While google and yahoo have blog search features, Technorati is the considered the recognized authority on tracking blogs, It finds out who is saying what right now and is currently tracking over 75.2 Technorati tracks these links, and thus the relative relevance of blogs, photos, videos etc.

I found you doing a Technorati Tag Search for Non-Profit, after I applied the same tag to a blog post of mine. I don't know how good the Typepad RSS traffic stats are, but you might want to look at reburning your feed at Feedburner.com. Probably through the Delicious feed, probably via Technorati Tag search.
