The first example of direct content is the use of Wikipedia during the 7/7 bombings in London. Millions of editors on Wikipedia and it’s rise in public use was climbing. Wikipedia was a popular resource and established as a citizen-driven information source. What’s so important or interesting about this?

Information flows. So, it is important to define what you need to know, what actions you'll take once you have the information before you rush out generate diagrams of your network. The Core are people who do most of the work (think wikipedia editors.) My definition is that your knowledge lives in the clouds.
