Her additional points about the use of Chat/IRC, Videocasts, VOIPcasts, Podcasts, and Visual Facilitation spurred some additional reflections (boy I feel a writely document coming on.) One successful YouTube video, even if it moves people while they are watching it, does not facilitate this engagement. Tags: vlog. Organizations need to have online strategies that follow-up initial interest with real engagement over the long term. You don’t want to be a one-hit wonder.
