The Paycheck Protection Program provides a low-interest loan (1% annual with a term of 2 years) for qualifying nonprofits that can be used to cover payroll costs, rent or mortgage interest, debt services, utilities, tax credits, and software upgrades. The loan can be forgiven if an organization follows program guidelines.
