My walking ritual was featured in this Wall Street Journal article. One of my solutions has been to create a ritual of a “ Fake Commute ” in the morning before starting and at the end of my workday. Walking can be inclusive. You don’t need to walk as your fake commute and other activities help you establish boundaries.
