According to the San Francisco Board of Education Commissioner, there are over 75 million unemployed youth between the ages of 15-24 and that there are twice as many unemployed young people than adults. For example, the Pueblo City-County Library in Pueblo, CO offers classes on how to use iPads and e-readers.

The Mission location is still a useful hub for San Francisco school programs. What are they and where did they come from?

Like many people who've worked in science centers and interactive experience museums, I've always been perplexed by the fact that hands-on workshop audiences top out around age 14. They are more than just workshop spaces--they are member institutions, like museums. Isn't this one of our dreams for museums?
