At the same time I discovered places like the Well, ECHO (east coast hangout) and Meta Network (where arts wire has hosted). You could log on and get ???just just in time??? I was networking weaving between the offline/online.

At the time, I was a program director for an arts education program and a facilitator of career counseling workshops for artists. Although our world still has tremendous challenges, I think more people, especially young people, realize the importance of being engaged in their communities on a local, national or global level.
