NetSquared organizer, Eli van der Giessen’s personal favorite free lightweight online image editor is PicMonkey. The paint function has painting tools including Brush, Pencil, Airbrush, Clone, gradient editor and blending tool. There’s also the GIMP Basics tutorial, which is more geeky, but still manageable.
