To make this model work, there was another IRC backchannel that streamed audio from the conference and someone did the equivalent of live tweeting. In essence, we're being paid to deliver – free – accessible books to all students with print disabilities in the United States for the next five years. OSEP told us on a Sunday that we needed to start serving students for free right away. The next day, Monday, Bookshare.org was free to all U.S.
