I've also added the pink ribbon to my Facebook profile. non-IT professionals understand web applications for collaboration. The best question to come through the "Ask Your Friends" application on Facebook thjs week is "Have you used Mechanical Turk?" I've added a wiki to my Facebook profile.

NSF requires grant applicants to build on prior knowledge--where do you get it? The profiles were the last thing added, when we were getting into the nature of the site itself. I'm a big advocate of the profile part, and want to see it used in other ways for members to contact each other.
