Case Study: Moving to Google Apps

I made a SWOT analysis between an in-house server solution and Google Apps. When the analysis was done, I created a proposal with my recommendations, which was approved by October 2009. We planned to execute the migration at the end of March 2010, which would give the staff 3 months of training before the switch.
