Blackbaud Europe has released the 2009 State of the Not-For-Profit Industry survey. The results were unveiled at the International Fundraising Congress in the Netherlands. Blackbaud teamed up with The Resource Alliance for the second year in a row to produce this pan-European benchmarking study.
