I know a lot of the free site tools, wikis like wetpaint.com, keep trying to move to become more social, and let the audience/membership interact more – that is definitely related. Some take internal staff resources (especially the Manual strategy.)

All of the project ideas and virtual creations will be shared under a Creative Commons license, so the content truly is open to all. So what does this collaborative platform look like?
