At the end of 2008, I initiated a new project called the Grow. It's a traditional Louisiana dish that's eaten during Lent. I also like to include art, music, culture and a lot of things that I think get lost in the politics. As with most ethnic cuisines, it has some of the decadent foods, but that's not the totality of it.
