To my knowledge, there aren't any vegan soul food cookbooks published by a major publisher. My parents were working, and they had a lot of agrarian knowledge. At the end of 2008, I initiated a new project called the Grow. It's a traditional Louisiana dish that's eaten during Lent. Grub Project.
