The Nonprofit eBenchmarks study also analyzed specific list segments, such as donors vs. non-donors, geographically targeted audiences, surveys and tell-a-friend emails. Email open rates declined 1%, compared to a 3% decrease between 2006 and 2007. This is down from 19% in 2007 and 21% in 2006. Here are the highlights.
