It’s quite interesting, and it deals with the audio over phone issue (which is a major snag) by dispensing with two-way audio entirely, and just using one-way audio. Problem is, I’m not a nonprofit organization. This year’s best of class award went to VIA3 from [link] , followed by GoToMeeting and WebEx.
