I didn't loose a whole lot more because most of my work is now "backed up" or inside of web applications. A good deal of my work involves collaboration with remotes colleagues and includes tasks as writing articles, curriculum, research, etc. It was because I wasn't only backed up within 24 hours, not minutes.

A new form of work advoidance. Browser: I use firefox unless I'm forced to use explorer because of a work contract. Wiki: I love wikispaces, but also use mediawiki, socialtext, and pbwiki. Sometimes when I get overwhelmed, my reaction is to dive into my blog reader. Heck, it's the weekend, so I thought I'd respond.

For the intermediate users, I put them to work sharing their knowledge. Be prepared to improvise more and drop the script if it isn't working with the audience.
