Today I facilitated a couple of workshops as part of the Social Media track for annual conference for the Center for Nonprofit Excellence in Louisville, KY. The conference was fun because I finally got a chance to meet Rosetta Thurman face-to-face! We were part of the closing town meeting with the other session leaders.

Dalton who works with the Louisville, KY JA Office mentioned her organization reached out to the local Social Media Club to recruit a board member. The ECS Foundation accepted the proposal and granted funds to help support aspiring female high school students become future leaders. They were lucky enough to have Jason Falls help them out.

After Louisville, I go to Minneapolis where I am doing a version of the workshop at the Search Institute. On the road again for the next couple of weeks, including a trip to Romania.
