I was a member of my neighborhood association at the time, and that was a Yahoo group, so I said, "Why not just set up a Yahoo group? I sent out one email to 30 or 40 friends and a handful of local nonprofits announcing the start of this Yahoo group. Every gift you give away, you don't mail it somewhere.
