Consumers in South Korea and Japan can get broadband speeds reaching 1 Gigabit per second (Gbps) for less than the monthly price a U.S. In drafting the framework for open Internet policy, we must guard against discrimination and anti-competitive practices on all Internet platforms. Bad policy decisions should be reversed.

Met with a major international human rights defender group about our Martus technology and digital security more generally. law needs to change to comply with the treaty (the hope is that these changes are minimal). It was the third Africa Forum I’ve attended: I went to Accra, Ghana, in 2011 and South Africa in 2004.
