Each year we receive over 3,500 proposals from women's organizations all around the world. I remember a very wonderful woman from Sierra Leone, Sarandabba, saying to me, "You know in a war, women are raped, but Mother Earth is also raped. I think the biggest challenge for us is trying to make hard decisions.
