Last year, Darim Online used a Facebook Group to facilitate a virtual book club for the Networked Nonprofit. Finally, events, like docs, also have a comment stream attached.

I also need to be able to work on the move: I need my "virtual desk" in front of me quickly, whether from my laptop or some other desk or smart device. Dropbox continuously replicates local files to a personal cloud file space and synchronizes those folders across multiple computers and mobile devices.
