I took screenshots with Skitch , recorded movies with Jing. The problem is that things change. Rather than rehash what it does, here's their overview movie which explains it: You can export your lesson/manuals to HTML, Word or PDF and customize the template. Took forever. And it was cumbersome to organize and build.

Focus on solving problems, not adapting to solutions. Instead, I solve a problem one step at a time. I experimented with video, using Jing to produce screencasts. When we first rolled out Google Apps in early 2008 I had visions of a Microsoft Word burning party as everyone embraced Google Docs. Didn't happen.
