The chart below is an excerpt of an analysis that we conducted for one M+R client, looking at a range of digital platforms, and the “match rate” of our donors to those platforms. However, digital can be a bit trickier. As you can see, 1:1 personal email is by far the best digital channel, but even that does not have a 100% match rate!
