FORGE serves 60,000 refugees in three different refugee camps in Southern Africa, and is an official operating partner of the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR ). I was in high school, I was 17 and my first trip to Africa was to Kenya with my family, just on a picture safari. Cross-posted from BlogHer. Mainly it was luck.
