They wanted more training in-depth, and they wanted to really learn how to use all these different tools to get ahead in life and advance their dreams. If your angle is using this training as an outlet for local empowerment and development, then you very much want to bring in mentorship. So, we started this program.

She has been the recipient of many awards, including Fast Company's 2007 Social Capitalist Award, and the League of Women Voters' Women Who Could Be President Award. I think my favorite example of that is a women's group from the highlands of Bolivia who wrote to us maybe seven or eight years ago.
