These audio guides were inspired by a recent podcasting trend called "sound seeing," in which people record narrations of their vacations so others can enjoy.

I also installed the Music Player (Remix). It can be used to record audio as well, although it doesn't seem to respond to an external mic. I can listen to music while syncing data, browsing the web, or downloading an app. Otherwise, it was pretty straightforward. It has more features and I prefer the interface. Dictionary.

There are some issues related to the remix chain and what is or isn't fair use. Currently this is only possible with MP3 audio files through embedding of metadata.
