That ethos continued until the last three years or so with issues in Burma, Iran, and China. So, the answer is yes as a tool. Rather than ask if the tool is perfect or not, we should work together to make it a perfect tool, keep the internet platform healthy. Technology is amoral – it doesn’t care.
