I’m joining a panel to talk about the response for support after the Haiti earthquakes last year. The first example of direct content is the use of Wikipedia during the 7/7 bombings in London. Millions of editors on Wikipedia and it’s rise in public use was climbing. That’s why the Atlanta councilman used twitter!
