Each year we receive over 3,500 proposals from women's organizations all around the world. The year before that, women in Morocco won an amazing change in the law. I think the biggest challenge for us is trying to make hard decisions. It hasn't happened in Latin America's history. It is not that we aren't seeing the wins.
