That includes applications from Google Documents, to Salesforce.com, to Gliffy.com , (the service I used to create that graphic.) Also, you can access the applications anywhere you go.

I know a lot of the free site tools, wikis like wetpaint.com, keep trying to move to become more social, and let the audience/membership interact more – that is definitely related. Hence you have many custom applications and innovations created by a wide range of charities that are not available to all other users.
