In the spring and summer of 2021, with funding from AmeriCorps, our research team held focus groups with volunteer administrators about their technology use in the pandemic. We held 33 virtual focus groups (via Zoom) with 181 CVAs in the United States and Canada. Information technologies and social media are here to stay.
