A Volunteering in America study, published by AmeriCorps, found that volunteering gives job prospects a 27% advantage over non-volunteers. In fact, according to a study, performed by the National Institutes of Health, volunteering resulted in an 8.54% increase in mental health.

A resounding 58% of respondents nationally, and 55% in Arizona, feel comfortable talking with their funders about program expansion, a generally positive topic.
