Poll your constituency to see what they are already listening to to find themes that are appealing etc. Can also use skype and record the call for bringing people together from wherever they are, etc. Skype - you will need a 3rd party tool to record the call: pamela, hot recorder, audio hijack pro, quick time pro etc.
