For Google Apps administrators, the offerings in the Google Apps Marketplace seems to be a lot of 3rd party tools that pull in gApps data (Docs, Calendar, etc.) You can click on a user name and force reset their password, set nicknames (alternate usernames) and include them in the shared contacts directory (more on that later).

Another great feature is handy list of step-by-step instructions to follow during a variety of emergencies and an integrated button to call 911 if the situation calls for it. I’d like to see this opened for all nonprofits to add themselves as beneficiaries. First Aid by American Red Cross. and the previously mentioned Harassmap.
