I’m joining a panel to talk about the response for support after the Haiti earthquakes last year. On the morning of July 7th, a page was created for the events taking place in central London and as both television news and personal witnesses revealed more information the page content grew – by the minute. On January 12, 2010, I didn't personally experience the major earthquake that hit Haiti, but I was forever changed by it. We set up the home bases, provide mission-related information, and enjoy all the people who come in to play. But I wasn't prepared for the type of incoming information I saw in the weeks after January 12, 2010. .
