I decided to show how to use moviemaker because I think it will be important to compress the files. YouTube's Testube has a remix option that uses Adobe video editing.

Dropbox continuously replicates local files to a personal cloud file space and synchronizes those folders across multiple computers and mobile devices. Within a personal file space, you can define shared folders with others.

I experimented with video, using Jing to produce screencasts. With Screen Steps, I can easily edit the file to replace an image or rewrite a step. If someone prefers to create a Word file rather than a Google Doc, that's fine. If they'd rather email a file than collaborate online, that's fine too.
