Depending on the CRM, some require additional license fees for forms or APIs. For a business with a need to invoice and have a product book, I’ve looked at ZohoCRM and like it, but don’t see references to any integration with a CMS. On some Joolma forum, I read a reference to vtiger and Joomla, but that was from 2005!
