I gave Greg Reaster a call to find out what they were doing in the Tampa Bay area. The name of the organization is actually an acronym for Building Intellect, Knowledge, Education, Resources, and Schooling with a Computer Acquisition Program. In due course, he got a bunch of his biker friends involved and started the charity.
