Online Giving Trends from 2009 and the Haiti Earthquake

The analysis represents the largest study of online giving trends in the nonprofit sector. Blackbaud’s research found that online revenue grew by 46% in 2009 compared to 2008. This was a decrease of only 2% compared to December 2008. The analysis also looked at a subset of the same 1,703 nonprofits in 2008 and 2009.
