When I think about what my grandparents ate, and what their parents ate, they ate food that was as fresh as being harvested that day, as local as their backyard garden, and as seasonal as whatever was in season. We have seen this before in 2008-9 and even just a couple of years ago. A great example is our client, Louisiana State University Online and Continuing Education. Specifically, cures for diseases, hunger, and local community needs. Health-related organizations and the human services sector saw a similar increase in 2008-9.
