At the big one, I worked on a small project with teens to design science exhibits for community centers in their own neighborhoods. The blog naturally and easily spawned a consulting business, but even more importantly, it connected me with a whole world of inspiring, challenging, thoughtful colleagues. They don't care how young I am.
