The World Beach Project: A Creative Contributory Project that Shines

It launched in October of 2007 with a very simple and understandable idea: to produce a global map of pieces of art made with stones on beaches. It's not marketing hype. It features three parts: very clear instructions on how to participate, a map of all of the contributions to date , and photos of the contributions.
